Baeza World Heritage Center
Description
It is a space for historical-urban information on the values for which the city was inscribed on the World Heritage list. In addition, it defines the general aspects of its historical, geographical and cultural context, inseparable from its heritage value, and integrates a series of tools that allow exploring other assets declared a World Heritage Site inside and outside of Spain. The World Heritage Center of Baeza is located in the City Hall, an outstanding Plateresque building that was a Prison and Palace of the Corregidor. This interpretive space has been conceived as an attractive, dynamic and innovative environment, fully accessible and highly educational. It is loaded with experiences to promote and understand the declaration of World Heritage. To do this, it uses innovative resources that will make you feel an integral part of the interpretive space and actively participate in it, enjoying a totally inclusive visit that will allow you to approach Baeza with all five senses. You will be surprised by its intelligent typhlological models, its interactive screens or its sensory panels. The tour is organized linearly. Starting from an introductory panel, you will be able to discover the contents that are part of the expository speech. You can make the visit following the previously established order or organize it according to your preferences as a user, since all the contents are fed back.
