It is a private company located in Baeza (Jaén) that produces extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) with a total guarantee of production, quality, traceability, and continuity. Controlled by our laboratory and packaged in our facilities.
All the processes are carried out within the same farm to guarantee freshness and quality.
His company “La Rueda Casa Baja S.L.” manages the farm “La Rueda Casa Baja” made up of 600 ha and 200,000 varied olive trees (picual, manzanilla, arbequina, and Hoja Blanca).
A factory built to obtain oils of excellent sensory quality while maintaining the most demanding hygienic standards and environmental care within the exclusivity, modernity, and self-confidence sector. Involved in the entire production process and equipped with the most innovative production technology, collection, processing, and storage.
Installations are 100% stainless steel and certified material for food use.
In their cellar, they have 40 stainless steel tanks equipped with temperature jackets to control the quality of the olive oil.
In their desire for continuous improvement to fully guarantee the quality of our oil, FR AOVE and LA RUEDA CASA BAJA have the AENOR quality and food safety certificates, which guarantee the production process’s proper functioning: ISO 22000, BRC, IFS Food, and FSSC 22000.
