We are a family business dedicated entirely to olive tree cultivation for generations. In addition to producing, we market our Harvest through the “Los Quinientos” brand.
It is a signature oil. It is an extra virgin olive oil raised and elaborated to our taste, with an emotional feeling for what the whole process means to us. And where we seek to provide our oils with a unique sensory character and personality, thus making our oil cellar different and special.
In our oils, quality is rewarded over quantity, for this, we select our best fruits. We demand a rigorous control of the farm, in search of the essential excellence to produce our olive oil Author.
